Droid Hunter X

Game updated.

The game was made for HEJ's May game jam, for the themes "GET OUT!" and "These aren't the droids you're looking for". The game was heavily inspired by Blade Runner.

You are a Scrapper, member of a special task force dealing with droids gone rogue. There are so many droids live alongside humans and for so long, they sometimes malfunction and hurt other droids and humans. It's impossible to predict these incidents, so Scrappers hunt down and eliminate the broken droids.

In the game, it is well worth to walk and keep the handgun holstered whenever possible, otherwise temporary negative points can fill up the bar (eliminating a rogue droid will erase these though). Having innocents get shot and killed is bad enough, but shooting, killing innocents can wrangle up negative points and the police commander will fire you.

CONTROLS:

The game can be played with keyboard + mouse, or gamepad.

Common: 

1-4 on the main screen sets how many colors droids can have

F1-F2 to decrease / increase music volume

F3-F4 to decrease / increase sound volume

Controller:

Dpad or Left Stick - Move

Shoulder Buttons - Toggle walk / run

Y - Holster / unholster gun

Right Stick - Aim

B - Reload

Keyboard:

WASD - Move

Shift - Toggle walk / run

Space - Holster / unholster gun

Mouse - Aim

Left Mouse Button - Shoot

R - Reload
